There is limited stock available worldwide of the final production lot with an expiry date of 31/01/2027.

New projects should consider using the M30 Apoptosense ELISA (CE-IVD) cat. no.: 10011 that can also be used for in vitro (cellular) applications and show a significant higher sensitivity compared to M30 CytoDeath™ ELISA.

M30 Apoptosense ELISA (CE-IVD) cat. no.: 10011 is a powerful drug screening tool and is useful for in vitro characterisation of apoptosis-inducing drugs. The assay offers a unique possibility to quantify apoptosis of epithelial cells in multicellular spheroids and organ culture systems.

M30 Apoptosense ELISA #10011 is based on the M30 CytoDEATH™ MAb (detecting the Asp396 caspase-clevage site on K18) and antibody M5.

The M30 CytoDeath™ ELISA is not suitable for serum/plasma clinical samples, refer to
M30 Apoptosense ELISA (CE-IVD) cat. no.: 10011 instead.
