The M30 CytoDeath™ ELISA is a powerful drug screening tool and is useful for in vitro characterisation of apoptosis-inducing drugs. The assay offers a unique possibility to quantify apoptosis of epithelial cells in multicellular spheroids and organ culture systems.
The M30 CytoDeath™ ELISA is based on the M30 CytoDEATH™ MAb (detecting the Asp396 caspase-clevage site on K18) and antibody M6.
The M30 CytoDeath™ ELISA is not suitable for serum/plasma clinical samples, refer to
M30 Apoptosense ELISA (CE-IVD) cat. no.: 10011 instead.
