The M65® ELISA is capable of measuring the amount of Keratin 18 that is released from the dying cells of many cell cultures that are from the extracellular compartment. The M65® ELISA offers the opportunity to quantify total cell death of K18 positive cells.

The M65 EpiRat™ ELISA is based on the M5 and M6 antibodies, which bind to the biomarker Keratin-18 (K18). K18 is an intermediate filament protein in epithelial cells.

The M65 EpiDeath® ELISA is the next generation of Peviva's biomarkers and is a modified version of the M65® ELISA and is intended for the samples with high Keratin 18 plasma and serum levels (e.g. sepsis, GvHD and liver toxicity such as DILI or ALF).
